Combination of 2 haul-offs and 2 cutters for hauling and cutting in double extrusion line

1) Extrusion axis spacing from max. 500 mm and min. 160 mm.
2) 2-caterpillar haul-offs with pneumatic positioning of upper tilting caterpillar; fixed-height lower caterpillar with chain with vulcanized neutral rubber pads. Each of the 4 caterpillars has vector motors and transmissions with “V”-shaped toothed belts. Hauling force with PVC pipes: 2 x 1300 N.
3) Cutter with electric motor with downward oscillating cutting disk; cutting unit moved by electric motor synchronized with haul-off motor.
4) Universal pipe clamps adapting to the different diameters without operator intervention.
5) Electrical system controlled by PLC and with touch screen control panel, including the

function of 3-presetting length measurer for cutting control (for each line) enabled
by an encoder
